Consumer & Family Satisfaction Team

Magellan wants you to be happy with the services you receive. Consumer/Family Satisfaction Teams (C/FST) include individuals and families that have experience with services and then interview Magellan members about their services. These teams may contact you about the care you have been receiving from providers. These teams work to find out about your experience with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring services. Your feedback allows us to develop and implement more effective services.
